Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities/or autism.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned IDDS employees.
• Provide, coordinate, mentor and document pre-service, in-service and on-going trainings.
• Manage on-going crisis in the areas of assigned responsibility.
