Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is a 501(c)(3) private not-for-profit organization operating with the purpose of promoting a high quality, comprehensive community mental health program in Vermont’s beautiful Northeast Kingdom. Positions available in Caledonia, Essex & Orleans Co. schools. Part-time with potential for Full Time.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred. If degree requirements are not complete, must be working toward completion within one year of starting employment.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• Ability to physically restrain children or youth who are a danger to self or others.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct individualized support services to children with significant social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Implement positive behavior support plans and follow agency and individual protocols, such as crises and de-escalation protocols.
• Collect ongoing, timely, accurate data on behavior change procedures and effectiveness.
