This is a part-time position , 25-30 hours weekly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Copies, scans, files, and retrieves materials for accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
• Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manages all facets of daily inventory reconciliations; communicates with CSRs to resolve issues.
• Accounts Receivable, reviews invoices and similar documents for accuracy, alerting supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable, creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections.
• Contacts delinquent accountholders, via telephone, email, to request payment.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of related experience and knowledge of office practices and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures required.
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.
• Ability to learn other accounting software systems.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and easily move from one project to the next.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
