North Strand Nissan is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Little River, SC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Google Suite is preferred
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant is beneficial
