Company DescriptionA Sales Associate needed for rapidly growing commercial cleaning company servicing Fortune 1000 and middle market maintenance accounts in New England. Job DescriptionIn this position, you will call upon building owners, corporate decision makers, property management, and asset managers to sell contract janitorial services and construction final cleaning as well as brokering all related janitorial services and products.This role will involve strengthening ties with prospects, customers and the company’s vendors. It will be critical in this position to establish new business relationships and leverage current relationships for additional sales in order to meet annual sales goals.QualificationsJob ResponsibilitiesObtain customer contracts and sales orders to meet or exceed historical sales targetsManage sales pipeline using a blend of small, medium and large prospectsUtilize previous customer relationships to help meet sales targetsCall, email, fax, live prospect, and network for contacts to secure building appointments and submit proposals for salesConduct weekly sales presentationsPrepare proposals for new clients and review them with Sales and/or OperationsMaintain a constant market analysis of existing target areas while developing trends for future businessObtain new customer blend of medium to large, multi-year janitorial contractsGrow current and future customer portfolio by continually strengthen ties with corporate and building owner communityProvide accurate and timely sales forecasting reports and activities as well as customer and prospect contact key performance indicators (KPIs)Familiarity with the latest industry changes and developments, including regulatory changes and trendsNote: This is a summary of responsibilities and serves to illustrate but does not encompass all job responsibilities.
