About us:

North River Home Care, Inc. is a non medical home care provider based in Norwell. We care for people wherever they call home. We value the input from our caregivers and managers, and that collaboration is they key to our success.

Recruiting new caregivers is the primary responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting outstanding caregivers
• Use job boards effectively through an Applicant Tracking System
• Applicant outreach and follow up including phone screening
• Conduct interviews (via zoom)
• Ad management and sourcing through other mediums such as job fairs, churches, schools, social organizations, etc.
• Onboarding new caregivers and ensure all documentation completed
• Communicate with the scheduling team to determine needs and priorities
• Assist with new caregiver orientation and training on our policies and procedures
• Responsible for background checks as required
• Consistent interaction with all internal departments
• Some interaction with vendors regarding recruitment
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must possess effective communications skills
• Comfortable with technology including computer software, emails and texts
• Previous recruiting experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in Home Care a plus
• Knowledgeable about federal and state laws involving recruitment and employment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress well
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Good work ethic
• Must be well organized
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23-$32 per hour
