Job Duties:
● Overseeing supervision, directing and monitoring staff at 4 retail locations
● Scheduling all locations
● Hiring and onboarding for the retail department (Barista positions)
● Implementing and maintaining new procedures
● Ensuring quality and standards are met.
● Great customer service and attitude
● Maintain inventory levels.
● Order coffee and food supplies.
● Inspecting and stocking coffee and food supplies
● Supports baristas in stands.
● Restocks product when needed.
● Collects cash deposits and takes them to the bank.
● Maintain cash change/bank bags.
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
● Implementing and maintaining new procedures
● Help with cleaning tasks according to shifts/positions.
● Must be willing to learn restaurant procedures and perform basic duties in a kitchen.
● Great customer service and attitude
● Take drink order correctly and efficiently while setting the best example for other employees.
● Maintain inventory levels.
● Create espresso drinks and food in a timely manner.
● Communications and relationship with contacts at retail locations
● Attending monthly Team meeting at NPC main office building to report department updates.
● Assisting with Revel POS platform

Experience:
● Applicants should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● 6 months of prior supervisory experience preferred.
