We are looking for reliable, personable, and hardworking applicants; experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person for the job! We are currently hiring for the North Pole Coffee stand at the Fairbanks International Airport and other retail locations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the POS system to process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station and dining area
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
