About this position
The Laboratory Care Technician performs laboratory specimen collection and provides for safe and secure specimen handling and point of care testing. The Laboratory Care Technician continuously works towards providing quality service improvement and optimum support to the department and team members in achieving Maple Grove Hospital’s goals. Actively and consistently demonstrates the mission, vision, values and guiding principles of Maple Grove Hospital.

Shift: Evenings 8 hours
Weekend Requirement: Every Weekend
This position involves a set schedule consisting of a mix of 8 & 10 hours shifts working every 3rd weekend.
10-hour shifts are 1500-0130 (weekends are always 10 hours)
8 hours shifts are a mix of 1330-2200 and 1700-0130
