North Houston cancer clinics is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Huntsville, TX

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing administrative support, and coordinating various projects within the office environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Manage incoming calls and correspondence

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events or meetings

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

- Provide support to staff in various departments as needed

**Requirements:**

- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Front Desk Receptionist, or similar role

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Proficiency in Google Suite and calendar management tools

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Computer literacy with the ability to use standard office software applications effectively

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Experience in a medical office, prior medical receptionist role, or project coordination

- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles
