- Serves as the primary liaison between development team and business partners/product owner.
- Utilizes knowledge of business objectives, products, workflow and processes to assist team members in developing solutions that deliver value to the end user.
- Translates requests from business partners into Epics and User Stories.
- Facilitates team effectiveness by answering questions, providing clarification and assisting development team members with their understanding of the request and the expected outcome.
- Ensures the Acceptance Criteria is defined for each story.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
- Familiarity with JIRA preferred.
- Experience with Agile tools and techniques including Epics, User Stories, Story Points, Sprint Planning.
- Strong communication skills required for interaction with business partners and IT team members.
