Project Summary: Program Sponsor, would like to expand the program and department's testing capabilities towards a testing centre of excellence (CoE) to improve system implementation outcomes and predictability and to reduce program delays and costs.

Be responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, process and business analysis
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• ITIL Foundation and ITSM process knowledge.

• Perhaps has lead JAD sessions or had lead meetings with heavy client involvement

• Self-starter, someone who can take some guidance and run with the task
