Medical Office Assistant/Front Desk
We are a pediatric clinic and we need upbeat, positive, and compassionate front desk office assistants. We need people who are patient centered minded and genuinely care about the children, their coworkers, and their team. Bilingual is a plus.
Position Summary
Responsible for greeting patients, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, collecting patient payments, initiating referrals, verifying insurance and general medical office duties.
