NECAC is looking to hire an individual to perform basic, routine maintenance on it's apartment units in Kirksville, MO. Ideal candidate would have customer service experience and a basic understanding of routine home maintenance at a minimum. Starting pay is $16.00 hourly with excellent 401(k) benefits and raise opportunities frequently.

Expected daily tasks include bot not limited to;

- Leaky faucet / toilet.

-Appliance installation (Microwave, Dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc.)

-Clean and paint / Make ready

-A/C Filters, lightbulbs, outlet covers, doorknobs, handles.
