Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team. The Account Specialist will play a key role in managing member accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Conduct warm calls to clients to members regarding accounts
- Negotiate payment plans for members
- Provide leadership in account management
- Communicate effectively with members to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Help in keeping member accounts up to date with updated payment information

Requirements:
- Proven experience account management
- Strong ability to listen
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technology and a quick learner to understand club software
- Must be open to the collections process for past due accounts

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week
