North Country Optical is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Plattsburgh, NY

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Enjoy a well-balanced lifestyle with a 4 day work week (Tuesday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a calm, professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage the company's main email inbox and distribute correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Requirements:

- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong proofreading skills for written communication
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
- Prior healthcare office front desk experience preferred
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
