Market Square Health Care Center, a long-term care, skilled nursing and residential care facility located in theWestern Mountain Region of Maine, is looking for a Memory Care Director for its Memory Care Unit.Memory Care at Market Square is a 16 bed Assisted Living Facility specifically designed for individuals with memoryloss and cognitive decline.We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Management Team who has a strong desire to assist in the developmentand implementation of our Person-Centered Memory Care Assisted Living Program at Market Square.The successful Candidate will possess the following:* Experience working with all stages of memory loss and a strong background in memory care program development* Experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living Environments* Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor and inspire staff with excellent verbal and written communication skills* Team player willing to embrace all the resources our company offers and collaborate with all levels of personnel* A Nursing or Social Work background preferred, but all transferable experience will be considered including CRMA certification.
