North City Congress is Hiring a Bilingual Receptionist Near Philadelphia, PA

1. Proficient knowledge and experience in customer service

2. Proficient knowledge and experience in office environment protocol

3. Ability to professionally answer phones, file, scan, type, operate computers, etc.

4. Keen ability to think strategically and meet challenges timely.

5. Excellent ability to work well with others at all levels within and outside of the Agency to achieve the mission and goals of the Agency

6. Outstanding organizational, communication, verbal and written skills.

7. Highly organized and capable of implementing policies and procedures to enable Agency to effectively provide services to our consumers.

8. Run eligibility check one day before scheduled appointment and place document in patient EHR

9. Check patient in and out on day of appointment

10. Speak with patients over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments

11. Email or text reminders to patients when appropriate

12. Perform patient intake, including the completion and filing of all necessary records

13. Resolve appointment conflicts for patients

14. Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by Director

15. Back up to schedule rides as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
