Bachelor’s Degree In Planning Or Related Field With Four Or More Years Experience In Transportation Planning, With A Working Knowledge Of GIS And An Understanding Of Travel Demand Modeling. Master’s Degree In Planning Or Related Field As Well As Experience Working At A Rural Planning Organization Or Metropolitan Planning Organization Is Preferred.
