Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Health Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care for North Canyon employees and non-employee groups. The Employee Health Nurse will ensure that all employees receive the necessary health services and support.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Conduct health assessments and screenings for new hires, current employees and required non-employees.

- Provide education and training on health-related topics.

- Manage employee health records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with Infection Control Nurse, HR, and management to develop policies and procedures related to employee health

Requirements

• Graduation from a School of Nursing with current RN or LPN licensure from Idaho.
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment.
• Excellent communication skills to include oral comprehension/expression and written comprehension/expression.
• Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
