Atlantic Fuels is seeking an experienced oil and gas technician to help grow our residential propane delivery and service division.

Pay Rate: $35-$42/hrbased on experience w/ on-call bonuses. 

We are an expanding fuel delivery company based in Rye, NH with a loyal customer base in Seacoast New Hampshire and Southern Maine. We have a proven track record of unmatched dependability and are known for our outstanding customer service and quick response times. As our product offerings and service area expand there are many opportunities for advancement and additional responsibilities.

Primary Duties:

• Install, service or repair oil and gas heating systems in residences or light commercial establishments.
• Perform gas checks and service on propane heating appliances in residential and light commercial establishments.
• Communicate directly with customers and office staff.
• Assist with selling cleanings and equipment upgrades/installs while on job sites.
• Maintain and track inventory in service vehicle.

Requirements

Requirements:

• NH Gas Fitter license and troubleshooting skills
• Independent, self-driven work ethic
• Good communication skills with coworkers and customers
• Physical ability to work in tight places and lift heavy objects
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug screenings
• Participation in on-call rotation

Preferences:

• Ability to lift/move 50-75lb objects
• NORA Silver Oil Heat Tech Certificate
• NH Voluntary Heating Technician Certification
• CDL with Tank and Haz-Mat endorsement or willingness to obtain
• A/C experience/certificates are a plus
