We are looking for a receptionist to add to our growing team to help improve our customers' experience.

The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, providing customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer Phones: Serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers by professionally and courteously answering incoming calls.
• Take Customer Payments: Efficiently process customer payments, ensuring accuracy and reliability in transactions.
• Assist Walk-In Customers: Greet and assist customers who visit our office in person, providing a welcoming and helpful experience.
• Schedule Appointments: Manage and coordinate appointments for customers, optimizing scheduling efficiency.
• Assist Team with other administrative tasks as necessary
