At North American Insurance Services (NAIS), we work with hundreds of insurance companies and provide our agents ongoing training and communication to support their business as independent insurance agents. This is an entry-level position that is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing activities.

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, outgoing and positive-minded professional. This is a unique position that requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.

What You Will Do:

• Manage daily workflow with the ability to work independently to assess needs, prioritize, and manage time to complete tasks and projects with punctuality.
• Help develop creative assets as needed to support strategic marketing initiatives.
• Assist with organizing promotional events and marketing activities.
• Write engaging content that reflects our company’s brand and voice.
• Analyze reports and present marketing performance data to management
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, & Youtube
• Self-started
• Flexible, able to work well under pressure
• Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Microsoft teams)
• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Big plus, but not required: Knowledge of creative applications such as Canva, Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Familiarity with WordPress, Email Automation (Constant Contact, MailChimp)
