Job Summary:

We are seeking a unique individual for the role of Success Coordinator. This position is not just about handling training, development, and support for our agents, producers, and Advisors. It's about being a catalyst for their success. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about helping others succeed, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure our agents thrive. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Frisco, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accomplish sales goals and objectives
• Conduct regular, weekly training calls and webinars, both individually and with groups
• Work across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic sales plan
• Collaborate with internal sales staff and field sales Vice Presidents
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to provide consistent communications
• Implement and evaluate the impact of various initiatives in achieving their stated objectives

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a range of individuals

• Flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, with excellent organizational skills

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent
• Experience in business development and reporting on the results
• Life/Health Insurance license
