What is a Talent Sourcer? A Talent Sourcer at North American Dental Group represents our brand with a focus on heart of organization; our doctors. Our Specialists and General Dentists are truly Caring People, Caring for People. Our Talent Sourcer plays a key role in our efforts to ensure we have enough caring doctors on our team to care for our patients.
The Talent Sourcer will support numerous activities aimed at building the pipeline of doctors our internal doctor recruitment team will support and guide through the consideration process. Additionally, they will work to build awareness of our brand, our culture, and the benefits of joining our team.
This will not be an 80% travel role; activities will vary as we will rely on your expertise to help draft our focus. There will be some travel, but we’re focused on more than just event attendance. We want to focus on overall university and association relations, candidate and brand engagement, direct sourcing activities, job posting optimization, internal referral program, etc.
