The Manager of Customer Service, Routing, and Operations serves as a Confidential Manager in the Transportation Department, reporting directly to the Director of Transportation. This management role oversees customer service, routing, operations, dispatch, mechanics, and contracted bus routes for the Transportation Department to ensure the safe and efficient transport of students to and from school and school activities. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years’ management experience in related field Appointment effective March 28, 2024.
