North Alabama Bone & Joint Clinic is Hiring a CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR Near Florence, AL

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Call center staff
    Duties/Responsibilities*:
    • Manage call center team by developing, training, motivating, scheduling, etc. Look for ways to grow efficiency to support goals of NABJC. 
    • Take initiative to address concerns with call center staff in a timely manner promoting a healthy work environment. Promoting cooperation and teamwork while treating others fairly without prejudice or bias. Promote and integrate policies to boost morale in our daily work force.
    • Maintain the staff schedule to ensure the sufficient staffing availability for the daily workload
    • Run and monitor reports to identify issues/problems and ensure efficiency.
    • Work with vendors and/or staff to troubleshoot issues as needed.
    • Interact daily with clinical team, providers and administration on schedule as changes are needed/required. Responsible for providers’ out of office calendar, including blocking schedules.
    • Assist in call center as needed to ensure proper, timely patient care. This involves performing all duties of a call center representative, including but not limited to inbound/outbound calls, processing payments, managing batches, electronic faxes, entering patient demographics, scheduling appointments, etc.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Ability to lead and grow a team
    • High level of professionalism and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong computer skills
    Education and Experience:
    • High school graduate or equivalent required.
    • Combination of 2 years medical field experience, education, and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
    • Previous experience leading a call center team strongly preferred.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
