HVAC manufacturers worldwide, Norman S. Wright’s product lines support the latest energy,

sustainability and comfort standards in the industry. The PARTS ADMINISTRATOR will be

responsible for processing parts quotes and sales and growing Parts Sales for Northern

California, Northern & Southern Nevada, and Hawaii / Guam territories.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain existing strategies and protocols as well as create and expand new business

specific to Norman Wright’s Parts Sales

• Assist with parts identification and developing new quotes

• Provide sales, order entry, order tracking and warranties to customers with expedited

responses for all customer requests.

• Maintain database information on existing platforms

• Resolve order problems by doing research to clarify customer requests and needs along

with selecting appropriate information to answer questions

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Organized with strong time management and planning skills

• Proven customer service acumen with exceptional communication skills both verbal and

written

• Team oriented, dependable with a strong work ethic

• Creative thinker who is proficient in all MS Office applications

• 3-5 years HVAC parts sales experience and outside sales experience preferred

• Must have reliable transportation

• High school graduate a must; prefers at least two years of college

• Office Experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
