• Employed Family Medicine Physician at NRHS' Primary Care West Norman.
• Provides assessment, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for the management of patients as appropriate for Family Medicine credentials; clinic-only practice with on-site patient access to lab, imaging, PT/OT, and emergency services

Education

• MD/DO - board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine

Experience

• Completion of a Family Medicine fellowship program

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification

• Meet requirements of Norman Regional Medical Staff
• Active OK license and DEA/OBNDD required for privileges

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Must have formal NRHS Medical Staff privileges for specialty/area worked
