Job Summary- Responsible for properly handling all incoming and outgoing non-technical calls that are directed through the Health Information Technology (HIT) Help Desk.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the various hospital codes and processes.
- Alert and aware of the policies and procedures for handling all emergency and disaster calls taking immediate and appropriate action.
- Contact physicians, emergency response groups and all other healers through proper means.
Experience
- One (1) year customer service experience in a call center/hospital setting with basic computer skills
- 30 wpm typing, preferred.
Education
- High school education or equivalent GED
Compensation
- $12.22-$19.95/hr depending on previous work experience
Varies - must be able to work any shift
