Norfolk Country Inn and Suites is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Norfolk, NE

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in managing guest services in a hospitality setting. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services - Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls - Assist with guest relations and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area **Requirements:** - Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, providing valuable guest services.
