As a Packing Line Lead in our busy Packing department, you'll use your leadership skill to help make efficiency rates and improve your lines process. You'll play a critical role in our packing process.

What you will get to do:

• Regularly review the quality of production output to assure that established standards are met
• Regularly review information on the process sheets
• Ensure proper housekeeping procedures are followed
• Must be able to achieve and maintain an acceptable (100%) efficiency and productivity
• Must meet production standards rate (pieces per hour) call-out on the process sheets
• Operate equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you'll bring to the role:

• 1 years of experience in manufacturing preferred, especially in a packing department.
• Knowledge of all aspects of assembly and packaging.
• A positive attitude and ability to motivate people
• Knowledge of set-up and maintenance procedures for packing equipment
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• A willingness to work overtime as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the position, as well as maintain a reliable record of attendance and punctuality.
