NORCOM 911 is a consolidate 9-1-1 communications center serving nearly 600,000 residents in King and Snohomish Counties, as well as 6 police departments and 14 fire departments. Our cross trained Telecommunicators are responsible for answering 911 calls and coordinating responses of police, fire and EMS resources across much of Northern King County.
