Title: Event Coordinator
Supervisor: Event Manager
Status: Part-Time Employee (Salary)
PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Event Manager, the Event Coordinator will assist with all on-site aspects of NorCal Premier Soccer events. This includes but is not limited to assisting with the securing of facilities, maintenance, and storage of NorCal event equipment, management of events sites and staff as well as the set-up and breakdown of events.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the following but may be assigned additional responsibilities as needed by the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
In addition to a basic understanding of soccer, candidates must possess superior organizational skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to complete all physical requirements of the job, including lifting and carrying objects of up to 50 lbs, and be able to work in outdoor weather conditions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be familiar with driving larger vehicles while towing trailers. Candidates should also have a background in event or facility management, and be proficient with applicable software programs such as Google Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic design software such as Canva, etc.

This position requires an individual who is motivated and organized, with strong attention to detail. They must also be proactive and able to produce a high level of work within specific time constraints. He or she must be of high integrity and able to work independently and collaboratively with others while representing NorCal Premier Soccer in a professional manner.
