What you will be doing:

• You will be managing projects for our largest industrial clients near Bowling Green, KY.
• The PM will also be responsible for management of direct-hire construction and subcontracting, leading major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions as well as field construction oversight during project implementation.
• Safety is our #1 priority. You will lead our safety culture for the project. We want our PM's to lead from the front when it comes to Safety.
• Plan, organize and direct several engineering disciplines, project controls, and construction management; including engineering deliverables.
• Responsible for controlling costs and maintaining profitability for the project(s), utilizing extensive heavy construction experience.
• Manage field construction activity, engineering, and other field project(s) support activities.

What you need for this position:

• Exceptional experience as a Mechanical PM. We need an MEP expert.
• Ability to travel to Bowling Green (we pay a generous Per-diem)
• Experience with HVAC equipment, piping and ductwork is a must
• Batter plant experience is a huge plus
• You must have experience managing at least 1 project in manufacturing that's a $100m
• 3 years of Project Management experience
• B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or comparable experience
• Strong working knowledge of programs such as Primavera (P6), Excel and Word
• A proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish project goals
• Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner
• Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
• 10 years previous industrial construction management experience managing multi-discipline teams (engineering and construction) is required
