We are partnered with a growing roofing contractor based in the Kansas City, MO area; they are looking for a Site Supervisor to join their growing team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead pre-construction planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
Strategize for profitable construction, scheduling materials and labor efficiently.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Manage daily crew activities for timely completion and quality control.
Coordinate inspections and resolve construction conflicts.
Maintain site cleanliness and compile punch lists.
Monitor labor, deadlines, budgets, and material inventory.
Conduct on-site inspections and oversee projects from start to finish.
Efficiently schedule tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
Hold regular meetings with field staff and provide client updates.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
