Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious cocktails while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and drinks to customers
- Create new and innovative drink recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Assist with catering events and banquets as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Experience with brewing or bartending is a plus
