Responsibilities:

• Being involved in all engineering aspects for water/wastewater utility projects for public, private and municipal utility district clients.
• Oversee and lead the execution of a project, ensuring coordination among project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and both internal and external parties to meet project milestones.
• Establish and sustain professional connections with clients, officials from public agencies, and leaders within the community
• Write responses to client RFQs and Solicitations

Requirements:

• BS Civil Engineering; Texas PE license, or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Design and construction experience for water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, stormwater systems, treatment plants, and pump/lift stations for municipal clients' districts and agencies.
• Client relationship skills
• Proven experience managing projects within budget and time.
