Host / Hostess

Job Description :

We are looking for welcoming and professional Hosts / Hostesses to join our team for on-demand roles at various dining and entertainment establishments.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about the establishment.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seat guests in an efficient manner.
• Ensure the guest’s needs are met and their dining experience is pleasant.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the flow of guests.
• Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure each guest receives prompt and seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host / hostess station and lobby area.
• Assist with other duties as needed, such as setting tables or offering beverages to waiting guests.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Host / Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Well-organized with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A warm, welcoming personality and a professional appearance.
