Now, we're on the hunt for reliable, diligent Assembly Line Workers to join our Charlotte-based team. In this role, you'll find yourself immersed in the world of manufacturing, performing a range of production tasks in a bustling, large-scale manufacturing facility. Your work will include assembly, packaging, quality control, and more, all within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assembly tasks like inserting and tightening parts using hand and power tools
  • Ensure finished products are packaged appropriately and meet the highest quality standards
  • Conduct visual inspections and promptly report any issues to the supervisor
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assembly Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with assembly line procedures and tools
  • Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions diligently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
