Nodel Parks is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Anchorage, AK

Nationwide manufactured housing community operator is seeking a Regional Manager for it's Anchorage, Alaska properties. Responsibilities will be primarily focused on oversight of approximately 1,600 sites located in 5 different manufactured housing communities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating closely with the home office about all aspects of property condition and operating performance.
  • Ensuring good relations between managers, staff and residents.
  • Fostering a productive, value-driven work culture among office and maintenance staff.
  • Following company procedures, applicable laws and fair housing standards.
  • Conducting property inspections to ensure strong curb appeal and resident adherence to community rules.
  • Adhering to operating budgets.
  • Approving all significant expenses by the community manager.
  • Overseeing all contractors’ work in the community.
  • Supervision and evaluation of all office and maintenance employees.
  • Other property management and supervisory roles, as directed by the home office.

Candidate qualities:

  • Strong work history of supervisory & property management roles with demonstrable success in prior positions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills & ability to effectively use computers and technology.
  • Able to demonstrate trust, loyalty and strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience leading a team of employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
