Additionally, you should hold a LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP, MSW-LP, or MFT-LP license. 2-3 years of experience with substance abuse disorders, including co-occurring mental health issues, is essential. Supervisory experience is preferred, as is familiarity with OASAS funded facilities.

Strong organizational and management skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, and proficiency in AVATAR electronic health records are highly valued.
