**What youll be doing**

By working closely with your team youll identify and maximise all opportunities for sales growth in your store and act as a role model by displaying a can do attitude and creating a positive working environment. Youll engage and support others to achieve or exceed their targets and reach their full potential; whilst always keeping a close eye on the competition and making sure we deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Youll also effectively manage your own profit and loss by controlling costs and continually reviewing operational efficiency; at the same time as delivering or exceeding all your sales and margin targets.

**How you qualify for the role**

Youll need to have experience of successfully leading a team in a targeted environment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales. You should have the ability to influence others and communicate effectively whilst also possessing an excellent approach to customer service. Ideally you will have already worked as a Store Manager in a similar role and be able take a flexible approach to working hours and travel (as our Sale periods get extremely busy!) Good IT skills are essential; with knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) being an advantage. Youll also need a full UK Driving Licence.
