Position: Customer Service Supervisor

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong, hands-on ERP knowledge is required (SAP preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizing skills.
  • Builds and improves processes and procedures.
  • Remains calm in escalated customer interactions
  • Manages a team and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communicates effectively with customers and colleagues.

Job Description

  • Health Check Reports- SD
  • SPEEDI for Errors (to ensure the EDI is coming in correctly)
  • Supervises customer service team.
  • Creates customer process reports and procedures.
  • Past Due Report
  • On- time Delivery
  • Sales Report
  • All Intercompany sends EDI & Releases that must be checked/ matched.
  • Month End Reports (Quality PCS Shipped by Customer)
  • Setting up New Scheduling Agreements
  • New Material Set Ups- Linking Customer & Part Number
  • Creating New Customers in SAP
  • Provide Customer Pricing to Sales Group to have Uploaded in SAP
  • Follow Price Increase Process to ensure SAP is updated.
  • Providing Customers with Proofs of Delivery/ Copies of Shipping Documents
  • Respond to Customer Requests
  • Manual Releases for Customers
  • OEM Open Order Report/ Forecast Report
