We are a newly established venture, backed by an owner with extensive experience in the diesel repair industry, now focusing on the thriving world of recreational vehicles. As we expand our operations, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join us on this exciting journey.

Role Overview:

As an RV Technician with us, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. From maintaining and repairing various types of RVs, including Class A-C, Pop Up, 5th wheel, and Toy Haulers, to providing top-notch service tailored to our local customer base, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and safety of RV enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on all interior and exterior components of RVs.
  • Specialize in gas systems, hydraulic systems, RV roof reseals, appliance and interior work, engine systems, cooling systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
  • Collaborate with our team to outfit your service truck/van with the necessary tools and equipment, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in every task you undertake.
  • Embrace a four-day workweek with Fridays and weekends off, promoting a healthy work-life balance for our team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of RV systems and components.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in gas, hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to maintain a drug-free workplace.
