We are looking for a driven Entry Level Client Representative to join our sales team. We are looking for a persuasive, self-driven and forward thinking individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is able to contribute to a team of individuals dedicated to providing top-notch customer service that promotes customer loyalty and creates future opportunities for our clients.

Client Representatives are a key member of our team, overseeing and implementing direct sales campaigns and producing sales and new business for our clients, all while offering exceptional customer service and support. You will be surrounded by a team of like-minded and driven young professionals eager to grow.

We provide all training to ensure exceptional product knowledge and problem solving skills, so no experience is required. Position is full time, in person and first shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Learn and demonstrate extraordinary knowledge of client services
• Retain and manage current customer accounts while displaying professionalism at all times
• Effectively work alongside team members to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and driven with the desire to improve current processes
• Must be coach-able and open to change as we are constantly growing and improving
