Responsibilities:
Assist customers in completing loan applications, providing guidance throughout the process.
Follow up with customers to gather additional information and documentation as needed.
Maintain accurate records of loan applications and approvals.
Actively promote services to prospective customers, both in-person and over the phone.
Initiate contact with clients to discuss outstanding balances, professionally and diplomatically negotiating payment arrangements.
Review and reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Provide excellent customer service during all interactions, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor payment arrangements and follow up with clients to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Handle escalated collection inquiries and disputes, working closely with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on collection activities and progress, presenting findings to management as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in finance or sales preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Sales-oriented mentality with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
Highly professional demeanor, honesty, reliability, and punctuality.
Ability to work full-time hours, including rotating Saturdays.
