As a Keyboarding Specialist at NMP, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all written documents and communications are presented flawlessly to our clients. You will work closely with our team members to accurately and efficiently input data and information into various documents and templates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use exceptional typing skills to accurately input data and information into documents, spreadsheets, and other templates

• Review documents and ensure that they are free of any typos, grammatical errors, and formatting issues

• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments

• Provide suggestions for improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of our document management processes

• Conduct regular checks and backups to ensure the security and safety of all documents

Qualifications:

• Minimum typing speed of 80 words per minute with 95% accuracy

• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or keyboarding is a plus
