Job Title: Payroll Supervisor

Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Business Management

Summary: To perform bookkeeping by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

PAYROLL SUPERVISOR

Summary: Under the direction of the HR Manager, the payroll supervisor performs pre-payroll and administrative duties, ensures payroll accuracy and timeliness and provides response to payroll, timecard and related requests and inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing, reporting, employee contact for questions
• Reports on headcount and time & attendance
• Main point of contact for ADP (tax notices, access, updates)
• HRIS configurations and point of contact with IT
• Overtime tracking and reporting
• Timecard adjustments (all except Encino 1)
• 401(k) reporting, input, distribution
• Final pay calculations
• Support Aderant accounts creation and maintenance

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma and/or college preferred

2 years or more Datafaction experience

Physical Demands / Work Environment

Occasional, standing, walking, crouching and lifting up to 15 pounds.

Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms.

Regular talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting.

Moderate to loud noise level.

Risk of electrical shock.
