Corporate office for local Skilled Nursing facilities is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all admissions and transfers to our Skilled Nursing facilities.
Director of Admissions Duties & Responsibilities:
·Responsible for the complete admission of new residents
·Manage referral process
·Reviewing and processing placement applications
·Make regular contacts with referral sources
·In-depth knowledge of admission process and Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care, and other payer types
·Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
·Minimum of 1 year experience of nursing home or long term care admissions
